Recent Events

Here you will find information on the original series of conferences organized or co-sponsored by the FAGI between its inauguration in December 2012 and its expansion through the Humboldt project and the founding of the CCGP in July 2017.

The majority of the co-sponsored conferences took place at the University of Chicago and were co-organized with the FAGI’s institutional partners at that university, including the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies, the Committee on Social Thought, the Department of Philosophy, the Department of Germanic Studies, and the Neubauer Collegium.

A number of the other co-sponsored events were cooperative ventures with our institutional partners in Berlin, Göttingen, Patras, Potsdam, and Tel Aviv.
If available, a click on the conference poster or title will lead you to the webpage of the conference.
