Workshop: Goethe’s Iphigenie auf Tauris

This is the second iteration of an annual workshop on Goethe organized and led by Joel Lande (Princeton), Dorothea von Mücke (Columbia), and David Wellbery (Chicago). Participating are graduate students from the three institutions. In each case, a particular text by Goethe is discussed. Prior meetings have addressed Faust I (New York, 2017) and Hermann und Dorothea (Princeton, 2018). This year five doctoral students each from Columbia and Princeton will come to Chicago for the event.
